EXPERIENCE
Rob is a Senior Project Manager at Compass with more than 26 years of experience in transportation, construction, infrastructure, and local government. A lifelong Northern Kentuckian and University of Kentucky graduate, he began his career with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, where he spent nearly 20 years in construction, maintenance, project development, and management roles.
Prior to joining Compass, Rob served more than six years with Boone County Fiscal Court as County Engineer and Assistant County Administrator for Public Infrastructure, overseeing transportation planning, capital projects, public works, and infrastructure development.
Rob and his wife, Dana, have two sons, Evan and John, and two granddaughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, following University of Kentucky sports, and playing golf.
