EXPERIENCE

As a Senior Traffic Engineer, Nora’s background includes preliminary engineering studies, safety studies, capacity analysis and planning, corridor re-timing studies, signing and pavement marking design, traffic signal design, and multimodal planning. As a project manager, Nora marries the technical side of traffic engineering with safety and multimodal planning and the visioning portion of projects and studies, focusing on how they fit into the bigger picture of transportation access and practical design.

She has spent her career focused on the importance of looking at transportation projects through the lens of moving people, rather than moving cars, and she has a passion for traffic projects that safely and effectively integrate pedestrians, bicycles, and transit into transportation networks to transform community livability.

Outside of the office, Nora enjoys skiing and boating with her husband and spending time with family. She is also a commission member on the City of Green Planning and Zoning Commission.
