EXPERIENCE

Emily leads Compass Infrastructure Group’s internal IT operations, overseeing the systems, tools, and processes that support the firm’s daily work. She is responsible for building and maintaining a secure, responsive, and efficient technology environment that helps every team succeed.

Emily has led the development of two in-house IT departments for regional firms, transforming technology operations from outsourced support models to fully integrated internal teams. At Compass, she continues that mission — focusing on reliability, streamlined workflows, and a people-first approach to IT management.

Emily and her wife live in the country with their daughter, where they built their home by hand. She enjoys gardening, working the land, and spending time outdoors with her family.
