EXPERIENCE

As Senior Roadway Engineer and Project Manager in the Kentucky office, Dustin is responsible for leading and overseeing the technical design and performance of roadway projects in the state of Kentucky.

Dustin has experience in roadway design, site design, traffic control, maintenance of traffic, and drainage design. He has designed and managed projects involving intersections, roundabouts, roadway widening, parking facilities, pedestrian facilities, and hydraulic design. Dustin spent 10+ years working in Ohio before joining Compass in the Kentucky office.

Dustin and his wife, Amy, live in Northern Kentucky with their three children. He enjoys attending his kids’ sporting events, coaching their teams whenever possible, and spending time with the family outdoors.
