EXPERIENCE

Bill leads Compass Infrastructure Group’s accounting operations, overseeing the financial systems, processes, and reporting that support the firm’s continued growth. He is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial management, and developing efficient accounting practices that help ensure the organization remains financially strong and well-positioned for the future.

Prior to joining Compass, Bill spent his career in the banking industry, serving as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer for two banks in Central and Northwest Ohio. His experience in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and financial stewardship provides valuable insight that helps guide sound business decisions and long-term success.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his three children and three grandchildren. He is actively involved in his church community and volunteers with organizations that support individuals with developmental disabilities.
